At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren't just what we make-they're the heart of everything we do.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees all aspects of an organization's human resource functions, including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, acting as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns and maintain a positive work environment. On-site at our Garden Grove, CA Plant with additional three additional sites supporting remotely and travel as needed.</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Achieves or exceeds the expected performance levels in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. </li><li>Manages, coaches, and develops a high-performing team that embraces change in search of best practices and improved service levels. </li></ul> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. </li><li>Develops, facilitates, administers human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. </li><li>Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. </li><li>Maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations. </li><li>Collaborates with leadership on special projects. </li><li>Tracks, manages, and improves plant performance using KPIs in conjunction with Site Leader </li><li>Leads continuous improvement process across all departments/disciplines to improve safety, service, quality, or productivity and employee engagement. </li><li>Identifies savings opportunities and reduces waste or unnecessary steps. </li><li>Review KPI trends and other financial data to identify and address variances or deviations. </li><li>Develops and refines leaders on interviews, hires, and trains employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees. </li><li>Provides direction and sets expectations for the team. Provides support and training necessary to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce. </li><li>Assesses performance based on objectives/KPIs and identifies development needs. </li><li>Works collaboratively with other departments to improve efficiency and maximize performance. </li><li>Develops and maintains strong relationships with peers and leverages talent across the organization. </li><li>Leads periodic all-hands meetings to share direction/updates. Establishes cadence for other departmental, project, and subject-specific meetings as necessary. </li><li>Ensures that all functions under supervision operate following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. </li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities. </li><li>Confident, self-starter, change agent. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li><li>Strong computer skills. </li><li>Understanding of ERP systems, including bill of materials, work order management, and inventory control. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business (Human Resources) - Preferred </li><li>SHRM- CP/ PHR- Required; SHRM- SCP/SPHR - Required </li><li>Bilingual - (Spanish)/English - Required </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. </li><li>At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role required. </li><li>Proven track record of improving overall efficiencies, reducing cost, and leading teams to effect positive changes within the organization. </li><li>Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Aligned with the Company's Core Values:</p> <ul> <li>Devoted to Customers. </li><li>Positive Energy. </li><li>Cares. </li><li>Passionate for Growth. </li><li>Finds a way. </li></ul>
