<p>We are hiring a skilled Oil and Gas Construction Techs with heavy equipment experience to support field operations. This role involves a mix of physical labor and equipment operation, including setup and teardown of job site equipment, pad maintenance, fueling, and operating machines such as excavators, skid steers, telehandlers, and dozers. The work is fast-paced, outdoors, and requires regular travel and overnight stays.</p> <ul> <li>Set up and tear down equipment such as generators, piping, containment, and light towers </li><li>Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, skid steers, and telehandlers </li><li>Fuel and inspect equipment, complete daily maintenance checklists, and report issues </li><li>Assist with water transfer and frac support activities as needed </li><li>Monitor on-site activity to ensure safety protocols are followed </li><li>Maintain clear communication across teams using radios, phones, and in-person updates </li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a roustabout, field operator, or similar oil & gas role </li><li>Proven ability to operate heavy equipment (excavator, dozers, skid steer, telehandlers) </li><li>Equipment certifications preferred but not required </li><li>Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and with overnight travel as needed </li><li>12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability </li></ul>
