<p>As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our retail and dining outlets, providing excellent customer service while handling transactions efficiently. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced resort environment, assisting guests as they enjoy our accommodations, waterpark, mini golf, and other amenities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service. </li><li>Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and resort payment systems. </li><li>Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders and issue receipts. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station. </li><li>Assist with answering guest inquiries about the resort amenities, menu, and promotions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and handling guidelines. </li><li>Assist with stocking and light food and beverage preparation as needed. </li><li>Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth dining experience. </li><li>Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. </li><li>Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
