<p>The Beverage Cart Attendant is integral to the guest experience and provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. This is a great full-time seasonal or part-time opportunity for those who love to be outdoors.</p> <p>Seasonal Position</p> <p>Other benefits include: free employee meals, uniforms, golf opportunities, educational scholarships, internship opportunities, and more.</p> <p>Candidates must be minimum of 21 years old, per Ohio Liquor Law in order to pour/sell liquor.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of bartending experience </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license </li><li>Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law </li><li>Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes preferred </li><li>Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system </li><li>Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely </li><li>Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette </li><li>Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public </li><li>Must have strong skills in Customer Service </li><li>Must be dependable </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a professional appearance at all times </li><li>Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests </li><li>Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies </li><li>Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use </li><li>Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed </li><li>Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure </li><li>Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them </li><li>Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. </li><li>Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available </li><li>Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks </li><li>Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned </li><li>Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees </li><li>Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner </li><li>Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed </li><li>Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager </li></ul>
