<p>Service Technician</p> <p>Carolina Power is seeking experienced Commercial & Residential Service Electricians with experience in installing and servicing emergency generators. The right candidate will have a proven track record of providing superior customer service while following safety procedures. All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with customers on needs and complete estimates </li><li>Manage truck inventory, tools and equipment systems </li><li>Resolve customer and job-site conflicts regarding installation issues </li><li>Provide feedback to supervisor on changes and expertly perform the craft to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess 5-7 years' experience in the electrical field </li><li>Must present a professional image and excel in trust building </li><li>Must be self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Must be able to use hand tools of the trade </li><li>Must be able to effectively wear basic PPE </li><li>Valid driver's license (minimal violations) </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull 100 lbs. on regular basis </li><li>Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, bend, stoop, & work in all weather conditions </li></ul> <p>Carolina Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer- Minority/Disabled/Veterans/Females are encouraged to apply</p>
