If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us today!</p> <p>Pay Rate: $17/hour with regular bonus opportunities</p> <p>Weekly Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Full Time </li><li>Monday - Friday 3pm 11pm </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program </li><li>Immediate conditional job offer after successful interview and background check </li><li>Great tips and regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible </li><li>Consistent schedules </li><li>For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, EAP and 401(k) plan benefits </li><li>For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays </li><li>Training and professional development opportunities </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities of Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Sweeps, mops, and cleans all lobbies and offices, as needed; walks all facilities daily </li><li>Maintains a clean and pleasant environment inside the facilities; empties all trash cans and picks up trash around the facility, as needed </li><li>Check conditions of safety items, such as shuttles, gate arms, lot security, and submit requests for repairs or maintenance and reports to the Facility Manager, as needed </li><li>Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner. </li><li>Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external guests </li><li>Helps in other capacities and in other departments, as needed </li><li>Inventories and keeps track of all maintenance supplies and orders supplies, as needed </li><li>Has general knowledge of, shuttle maintenance repairs, utility rooms and revenue control equipment </li><li>Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent </li><li>Previous housecleaning or general maintenance experience </li><li>Currently holds, or is able to obtain, all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver's license </li><li>Must be willing to take a physical and pass as a certified Interstate driver as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/ or state regulations </li><li>Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills </li><li>Some supervisory experience, preferred </li><li>Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly; and work outside in all weather conditions for majority of work shift </li></ul> <p><strong><strong>__</strong></strong></p> <p>At The Parking Spot, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
