<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Waterville Veterinary Clinic is a busy veterinary practice located in Waterville, New York. Our Client Care Representative position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your customer service skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting.</p> <p>FT and PT opportunities. Starting pay $16.00-$17.00/hour</p> <p>Weekend availability is required.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client care. </li><li>Greet and support clients through scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and educating clients on the various services that we provide. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. </li><li>Manage multiple phone lines and internet platforms to provide excellent client communication. </li><li>Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance. </li><li>Utilize a veterinary software program to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. </li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving their experience. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelys </li></ul> <p>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
