<p>Application Deadline: Until Filled</p> <p>Salary: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year</p> <p>This is a full-time position.</p> <p>Duties</p> <p>The Education Initiatives Supervisor plays a vital role in advancing Saint Paul Promise's PK-12 education strategy, with a strong focus on high-quality service delivery, team leadership, and partnership coordination.</p> <p>At Saint Paul Promise, we champion life-long learning-from cradle to career. Through deep, collaborative partnerships with school communities, we enhance the PK-12 experience by providing extended learning opportunities, holistic family wraparound support, and pathways to college and future readiness.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time Education Initiatives Supervisor to help lead and implement our education initiatives. In this role, you will supervise staff, manage extended learning and summer program partnerships, and ensure the effective delivery of programs that promote equitable outcomes for all students. You will also help align program operations, college and future readiness strategies, family engagement, and community collaboration to advance the mission and impact of Saint Paul Promise.</p> <p>Essential Functions include: Program Operations and Coordination, Staff Supervision and Talent Development, Data and Continuous Improvement, Family and Community Engagement, Special Projects, and Organizational Participation.</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Youth Development, or a related field required; Master's preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including:</p> <p>Supervision or team leadership.</p> <p>Program or project coordination in K-12 or youth-serving organizations. Working with diverse populations and a commitment to racial equity.</p> <p>Familiarity with St. Paul Public Schools and neighborhoods such as Frogtown, Rondo, and Summit-University preferred. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</p> <p>Experience and proficiency with technology and data management systems, including Microsoft Office and email. Salesforce experience preferred but not required.</p> <p>Deep commitments to cultural responsiveness and studying oneself.</p> <p>Experience working with a diverse population.</p> <p>Superb written and oral communication skills, including meeting facilitation.</p> <p>Familiarity or experience with Family-Centered coaching, motivational interviewing, and behavior change models.</p> <p>Ability to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.</p> <p>Ability to accurately collect, enter, and analyze data.</p> <p>About Wilder</p> <p>When you work at Wilder, you will join a diverse community of passionate individuals who are committed to the Wilder mission and dedicated to serving whole families.
