<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Fulfills value-added work orders by operating equipment, handling material, performing quality checks, and completing paperwork as necessary. </li><li>Assists or oversees a variety of machine setups and operations. </li><li>Documents machine setup data, maintains appropriate records and files. </li><li>Performs machine maintenance and repairs as required - use of hand tools. </li><li>Ensures quality standards are met with kitting and packaging requirements. </li><li>Monitors reports through the WireMasters ERP System and manages workload in order to maintain on time delivery and ship dates. </li><li>Responsible for answering emails concerning Value Added orders as necessary. </li><li>Customer service and professionalism when dealing with stakeholders. </li><li>Use of statistical methods ensuring quality standards for all machines and orders. </li><li>Responsible for processing tickets as needed, including daily monitoring, pulling, cutting, and transferring any material using the ERP system. </li><li>Maintains a neat and orderly workplace at all times. </li><li>Follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training and reports any dangerous conditions to management immediately. </li><li>Support WireMasters Core Values; Service, Gratitude, Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Family. </li></ul> <p>This list is not to be considered comprehensive and WireMasters Management retains the right to modify the contents of this document at any time. Other duties may be assigned by WireMasters Management.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Strong written, technical, and oral communications skills. </li><li>Basic Math Aptitude. </li><li>Physical Dexterity Skills. </li><li>Organization, planning, and time management skills. </li><li>Computer Literate. </li><li>Reading skills. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>OUR COMPANY IS AN AT-WILL EMPLOYER.
