<p>Here's the Gist:</p> <p>This position provides process sustaining support in an automated semiconductor production environment. Primary area of concentration is Metrology. This position will work a 12-hour day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. Schedule will be Front End Nights: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am</p> <p>The Day-to-Day:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with Engineering team to develop and qualify new processes and new tool sets. This will include characterizing, documenting and possibly presenting data based around design of experiments (DOE).</p> </li><li> <p>Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions. Take corrective action and interact with Process Engineers & Equipment Maintenance to identify and resolve non-conformance process and equipment operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle material dispositions and work to resolve any lot issues that may arise.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in creating new procedures and refining existing ones and assist in maintaining test lot inventory system.</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively to achieve yield and cycle time goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associates degree OR at least 1 year of experience in a technical role</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to communicate complex work instructions (verbal or written), observe performance to specification, provide required feedback to assure knowledge is transferred</p> </li><li> <p>Learn basic semiconductor physics and chemistry principles to understand process effects on manufactured product</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of and ability to handle structured problem solving 5Y and 8Ds</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computational and mathematic skills. Experience using MS Word and MX Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow written procedures and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical aptitude</p> </li></ul> <p>This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.</p> <p>The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual's job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
