In this high-impact leadership role, you will own the processes, systems, and analytics that drive predictable revenue growth, working closely with senior leaders across the organization. This is a critical opportunity to shape the engine behind our next stage of growth.</p> <p>Your Challenge</p> <ul> <li>Drive GTM Strategy and Execution: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to define and execute a unified go-to-market strategy that supports our bookings and growth objectives. </li><li>Own Funnel & Forecasting Infrastructure: Design and operationalize the end-to-end funnel-from top-of-funnel marketing to closed/won revenue-ensuring visibility into conversion metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. </li><li>Lead RevOps Systems & Architecture: Oversee and continuously optimize the GTM tech stack, including our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, prospecting platforms, enablement systems, and customer success tools. </li><li>Scale GTM Insights: Enhance our performance analytics framework to track pipeline velocity, win/loss analysis, channel ROI, rep productivity, and customer lifecycle metrics. </li><li>Enable Strategic Planning: Support GTM leaders with forecasting, headcount modeling, territory design, and quota planning to drive scalable growth. </li><li>Drive Change Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM efficiency and drive adoption of systems and processes. </li><li>Lead and Develop the RevOps Team: Mentor and grow the existing team while shaping the function's structure, priorities, and capabilities to support a high-growth organization. </li></ul> <p>Is This You?</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS or consulting environment </li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence within a matrixed, global organization </li><li>Demonstrated success in building high-performing RevOps teams and scaling go-to-market infrastructure </li><li>Deep expertise with GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Gainsight, Tableau, and related tools </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights </li><li>Executive-level communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Experience leading strategic change and driving cross-functional adoption </li></ul> <p>Work Equipment</p> <ul> <li>Company laptop </li><li>Company mobile phone </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance (including vision & dental) </li><li>401(k) with employer match contribution </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Long-term disability insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Long-Term Incentive Program </li><li>"Bring Your Friend" referral program </li><li>Get paid vacation plus the freedom of Flexible Time Off (FTO)-a policy that lets you take additional time off when needed, supporting your work-life balance and well-being </li><li>5 sick days </li><li>The Global Family Support Program - a paid leave program to help all parents focus on the new addition to their family </li><li>Flexible working hours & flexible working setup </li><li>Conference tickets to the best industry events of the year </li><li>Online courses & company access to Udemy to hone your skills </li></ul> <p>While we highly value cooperation with all our business partners, we don't accept unsolicited resumes from any sources other than directly from a candidate.
