We'll invest in you as a person and encourage you to take part in companywide workshops for wellbeing, mental health, critical conversations, and strengths.</p> <p>Reporting to the SVP of Commercial, the Sales Executive will be part of the Instem Clinical Sales team and be responsible for all sales and assigned opportunities and accounts in the defined territory. They will maintain the relationship with existing customers and develop it with prospective customers for existing software products, outsourced services and new business growth initiatives.</p> <p>What are you responsible for?</p> <ul> <li>Working with Finance and sales operation team, creating and submitting sales bookings </li><li>Working with Global Sales team to maximise product sales and annual fee retention </li><li>Visiting customers / attending tradeshows when required </li><li>Maintaining an accurate record of Opportunities in SalesForce (CRM) </li><li>Attending Sales meetings and industry events </li><li>Liaising with Operations team to deliver projects </li><li>Building the sales pipeline and managing and progressing the sales funnel </li><li>Working cross-functionally with colleagues across the business to present Instem and our products and consultitavely develop solutions that align value for clients </li><li>Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing accounts and new sales </li><li>Previous relevant experience and understanding of sales cycle & sales funnel management </li><li>Sales negotiation skills </li><li>Software and/or IT service solutions/Life Science sales background </li><li>Good skill level in salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems </li><li>Well-rounded Windows/PC skills </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
