<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Clerical/ Special Order Receiving- Calverton A Distribution</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Responsibilities include</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answering phones, taking messages</p> </li><li> <p>Assist salespeople with filing and checking the status of orders</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving and billing special orders, receiving and billing transfers, finalizing transfers, billing and manifesting orders, ordering stock materials, calling customers to advise of backorders or that their material is in.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that all vendor returns are picked up by vendor.</p> </li><li> <p>Set up and maintain RTV's (return to vendor) in the PO thru completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with sales team and purchasing department as needed to complete day to day responsibilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for appearance of work area.
