This role is eligible for an annual bonus.</p> <p>We are currently seeking an Inventory Supervisor to be located in Ontario, CA.</p> <p>Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure accurate inventory through procedural adherence and compliance of the cycle count policy. Must be with interpersonal skills to hold accountable all level of the corporation to first time right objectives through root cause analysis, training, presentations, and hands on guidance. Applicant must be analytical and able to independently investigate and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies using various online platforms, reports, and data sets. Qualified candidate will possess strong computer, communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all finished good bins are counted, reconciled, and posted each month in compliance with the inventory policy at multiple locations </li><li>Ensure all raw and packaging materials are counted, reconciled, and posted each month at multiple locations. </li><li>Support regional warehouses, co-manufacturers, and co-packers with inventory system to system reconciliations and on-site validations. </li><li>Ensure co-packing locations production confirmations are reconciled and posted as needed. </li><li>Support the reconciliation and compliance processes of products on restricted stock status at multiple locations. (Certified destruction process, DMR, DAR) </li><li>Analyze trends and discrepancies and engage other departments and management as needed to resolve issues. </li><li>Ability to initiate process improvements through GSTD's and alternate root cause analysis tools </li><li>Develop, manage and lead weekly cross-departmental meetings at multiple locations. </li><li>Prepare monthly inventory KPI reporting for submission for the region. </li><li>Create and maintain complex count matrices for multiple sites and provide senior level monthly reporting of key performance indicators. </li><li>Conduct annual year end audits as required at multiple locations. </li><li>Support multiple departments as necessary. </li><li>Advocate assistance from various departments through influence without authority in order to obtain require count volume. </li><li>50% work travel may be necessary. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Preferred five or more years of proven exposure in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all Primo Brands employees and external community members </li><li>Ability to self-manage, schedule, and perform work unsupervised in a LEAN manufacturing environment </li><li>Strong in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
