We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and balancing competing priorities while keeping customer satisfaction and business impact in mind.</p> <p>What are we looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology required. Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>At least two (2) years' experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, fire alarms, building automation systems and other building subsystems. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc). </li><li>Knowledge of HVAC&R theory, solid mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair skills a plus. </li><li>Must have or be able to obtain 10-hour OSHA certification. 30-hour OSHA is a plus. </li><li>Be highly motivated and an independent thinker. </li><li>Must be able to thrive in a fast pace setting and adapt/be flexible in a changing environment. </li><li>Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. </li><li>Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc. </li><li>Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings is required. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Travel required. Must be able to travel to job sites 100% of the time.
