Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations:</p> <ul> <li>Be the Expert: Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need. </li><li>Drive the Business: Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class. </li><li>Own the Floor: Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors. </li><li>Never Stop Learning: Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers. </li></ul> <p>The Perks & Benefits</p> <p>We don't just offer a job; we offer an investment in you.
