<p>The Team Lead - Rehab Therapy is responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters focused on placing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists across travel assignments nationwide. This role is crucial to the overall success of the Rehab Therapy division, directly impacting branch performance, meeting sales and recruiting goals, and developing high-performing recruiting professionals.</p> <p>In this dual-role position, you will maintain your own recruiting desk while mentoring Junior and Senior Recruiters to improve their performance and drive success. You will build strong relationships with therapy candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them through the travel healthcare process.
