You'll work closely with internal teams and high-value partners to manage project plans, technical requirements, and successful rollouts of new products and capabilities.</p> <p>If you enjoy turning complex requirements into seamless delivery, thrive in fast-moving environments, and like working at the intersection of product, tech, and partnerships, this role could be a great fit.</p> <p>about you</p> <ul> <li>Experienced in program or project management, ideally within travel insurance, technology, or software delivery </li><li>Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing without direct authority </li><li>Confident navigating technical discussions and translating requirements for engineering teams </li><li>Proactive, organised, and comfortable leading projects from start to finish </li><li>A clear communicator who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work </li></ul> <p>specifically, you will</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain project plans with timelines, dependencies, and milestones </li><li>Coordinate partner onboarding and drive the full implementation lifecycle </li><li>Manage communication across internal teams and partner stakeholders </li><li>Oversee product rollout, training, early-stage support, and operational readiness </li><li>Participate in testing and QA to ensure accuracy and performance </li><li>Define and track KPIs to measure partnership and product success </li><li>Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria </li><li>Prepare updates and progress reports for internal teams </li><li>Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve scalability for future implementations </li></ul> <p>essentials</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in travel insurance program management or relevant experience </li><li>Experience leading software, integration, or technical delivery projects </li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Skilled in schedule, risk, and stakeholder management </li><li>Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Commercial awareness and ability to balance partner needs with business goals </li><li>Working with international partners </li></ul>
