The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, highly independent, self-driven with a growth mindset and is keen on accepting challenges yet remain humble with the aim of learning and growing with the team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting; </li><li>Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy; </li><li>Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes; </li><li>Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external); </li><li>Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs; </li><li>Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance; </li><li>Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience. </li></ul>
