<p>Overview</p> <p>Occupational Therapist - Hand TherapyLocation: Tampa, FL 33612Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-FridayCompensation: Starting at $75,000+ annually (based on experience)Incentive: $10,000 bonus PLUS $350/month student loan repayment (no end date)</p> <p>Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join our Tampa team. Minimum of 2 years of hand therapy experience required; CHT preferred. Treat a variety of upper extremity diagnoses including post-op fractures, tendon injuries, and non-operative conditions. Splinting experience preferred.</p> <p>Work alongside an experienced clinical team in a fully equipped outpatient setting with strong physician collaboration. Apply today to join a growing national hand therapy program.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. </li><li>Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. </li><li>Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
