<p>Overview</p> <p>Position: Physical Therapy Technician</p> <p>Location: Bowling Green, KY</p> <p>Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem</p> <p>Schedule: Weekdays - Varies (15-20 hrs per week)Compensation: Starting at $9-11/hour (pending experience)</p> <p>Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a Physical Therapy Technician! PRN / Part-time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. We also offer our employee assistance program to part time and PRN employees.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions </li><li>Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment </li><li>Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) </li><li>Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences </li><li>Pursuing a degree in the field of rehab (OT, PT, AT). </li><li>CPR certification </li><li>First aid certification </li><li>Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center </li></ul> <p>Additional Data</p> <p>Go Anywhere with Us! 1900 centers in 39 states offering internal movement.Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans.</p>
