Master Gardener certification or equivalent training/experience preferred.</p> <p>PUBLIC CONTACT</p> <p>Daily contact with citizens and business owners and representatives. As needed contact with Rodeo Board members.</p> <p>EMPLOYEE CONTACT</p> <p>Daily contact with all Public Works employees. Weekly contact with Police; Fire; and Parks and Recreation Departments.</p> <p>USE OF MACHINES; EQUIPMENT AND/OR COMPUTERS</p> <p>Must be proficient in the use of a work truck; tools; and various maintenance equipment.</p> <p>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Ability to utilize both internal and external resources to obtain information and data necessary to carry out routine assignments and special projects. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and staff.
