<p>Role: Business Development Director - Healthcare Payers</p> <p>Location: Minneapolis, MN</p> <p>Healthcare Payer: Business Development Lead</p> <p>TCS has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, innovative and passionate individual who wants to grow with us. We are currently seeking a Business Development Lead - Healthcare - to join our team.</p> <p>This leader will engage healthcare logos and their executives in Minneapolis (with additional travel needs to other places including St. Louis, Minnesota and other locations in US) to bring new leads and opportunities to TCS. The leader is expected to provide key industry insights, understand customer's challenges, and offer industry focused and compelling solutions/services. This leader is responsible for earning new business, guiding & leading our teams in new business pursuits for payers (and selectively for providers, if required) to advance business and clinical outcomes.</p> <p>Your knowledge and connections in the healthcare sector will be paramount for your success. We are looking for candidates with qualified network, industry leading deep domain expertise, technical proficiency and experience of having worked with Healthcare Payers in business development and sales roles</p> <ul> <li>Be the Payer Business Development/Sales face of TCS in MO </li><li>Achieve growth goals by building on existing business opportunities and securing new clients to TCS to expand wallet-share. </li><li>Assist TCS leadership in driving the Healthcare Market's business plan that align with the sector and firm's strategies. </li><li>Help develop business partnerships with healthcare focused companies in line with TCS objectives </li><li>Advise clients on technology strategic plans for anticipating opportunities, analyzing competitive posture, and developing/implementing successful programs based on that analysis. </li><li>Help develop go-to-market solutions through strategic inputs and market insights for our key offerings and expansion in new areas </li><li>Participate in client interactions, RFP responses to position industry differentiating POVs, solutions and innovations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with healthcare payers (mandatory) and provider (preferred) in BD/Sales roles </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in health insurance, health systems IT in Payer segment (BD/Sales roles) </li><li>5+ years' experience working with Healthcare C-level executives to influence and define healthcare IT strategy roadmaps and architecture/blueprints </li><li>Well-connected in the Healthcare marketplace with a reputation as an expert sales leader with past clients and peers. </li><li>Strategic thinker who can connect vision and strategy to tactical execution. </li><li>Strong market knowledge with financial, analytical, and business acumen. </li><li>Knowledge/experience in areas that include security, AI/Gen AI, EHR, imaging, data analytics, contact center, cloud </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-AD1</p>
