This position offers:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A unique opportunity where the work you perform will support Devereux's National Center and Centers throughout the country, resulting in high program quality in the provision of services to individuals;</p> </li><li> <p>Supportive and collegial team atmosphere with the ability to support the delivery of quality services for the individuals we serve and our staff.</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to serve as a servant leader in a collaborative environment to enhance quality and meet accreditation standards</p> </li></ul> <p>Devereux's National Quality Improvement Department is seeking a compassionate person with proven continuous quality improvement knowledge along with strong customer service skills to partner with our National and Center teams as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards and processes, support Corrective Action Plan processes, and create / implement training curricula with centers.</p> <p>Under the direction of the National Quality Improvement and Accreditation Manager, this key position will be remote with periodic travel to centers throughout the country. As a subject matter expert in quality improvement, this position will focus on supporting accreditation standards and processes.</p> <p>Interested in advancing your career?
