<p>Perform office moves, furniture moves and reconfigure, cubicle set up, move and reconfigure</p> <p>Use of basic carpentry skills; including but not limited to framing, drywall, tape/mud finishing, texture, painting etc. Basic knowledge of frame/door/closure/hardware installation.</p> <p>Work orders system experience a plus.</p> <p>Assist in repair and adjust equipment as required to return equipment to proper operating condition, especially office furniture</p> <p>Warehouse duties/organization/inventory management.</p> <p>Snow removal activities.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education</p> <p>High School diploma, Vocational School a plus</p> <p>Business Experience</p> <p>2 to 6 years prior experience in facilities</p> <p>Language Skills</p> <p>English</p> <p>Technical Qualifications & Skills</p> <p>Furniture assembly</p> <p>Carpentry skills a plus</p> <p>Facilities maintenance a plus</p> <p>Basic computer skills</p> <p>Read and interpret blueprint/drawings a plus</p> <p>Basic knowledge of hand tools and wood working tools a plus</p> <p>Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
