<p>Duxbury Public Schools Mentor Coordinator</p> <p>Internal Posting</p> <p>(Four Positions)</p> <p>Duxbury Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Mentor Coordinator for the 2026 - 2027 school year. There are four (4) positions, one for each school in the District.</p> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>One year appointment </li><li>Interested candidates must have professional status and should submit a letter of interest to Dr. Elizabeth Wilcox (ewilcox@duxbury.k12.ma.us) </li><li>Candidates must be able to attend the District Mentor Training on August 25, 2026 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (if training is necessary) </li></ul> <p>Mentor Coordinator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Attend New Teacher Breakfast on 8/26/2026 </li><li>Facilitate and develop schedule and agenda for before and after school, building based, monthly Mentor meetings </li><li>Meet periodically with building administrative liaison to Mentor program </li><li>Serve as contact person for Mentors/Mentees </li><li>Complete other Mentor/Mentee related administrative tasks </li><li>Attend EOY Colloquium in June 2027 </li><li>Stipend of $1000 will be paid upon completion of the program at the end of the school year </li></ul> <p>Applicants need to send Letter of Interest to Dr. Wilcox</p>
