With a growing portfolio of transformative marine infrastructure and climate resilience work, we're looking for a Principal Project Manager to lead the way.</p> <p>As a Principal Project Manager in our Ports & Maritime team, you'll serve as a strategic leader, technical authority, and business development champion, while delivering complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction-ranging from local waterfront upgrades to globally significant port developments. This role offers exposure to a world-class team of engineers, planners, and specialists across disciplines.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Project Delivery: Oversee scope, schedule, staffing, and budget for complex marine infrastructure and coastal resilience projects. </li><li>Technical Authority: Provide oversight and guidance on technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards </li><li>Strategic Leadership: Drive growth strategies for Jacobs' Ports & Maritime business, shaping market positioning and client engagement. </li><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and cultivate long-term client relationships. </li><li>Team Development: Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. </li><li>Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida required. </li><li>Proven experience in ports and maritime infrastructure projects. </li><li>Strong leadership in business development and strategic growth. </li><li>Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios. </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>182,500.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>250,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
