<p>Kforce's client in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Contract Senior Paralegal. This position is onsite Monday - Friday.</p> <p>Summary: In this role, the Senior Paralegal will manage and conduct legal review of contracts in accordance with Vendor Management and Contract Policies to ensure senior executives are aware of the risks associated with each contract. This includes conducting the legal review of the contracts as well as managing the legal review of those contracts that are outsourced for legal review. This also includes both new contracts and contract renewals.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Review evergreen contracts and contracts that are set for auto-renewal to ensure their terms are up to date and consistent with current contract requirements </li><li>Review old contracts on a periodic basis to ensure their terms are up to date and consistent with current contract requirements </li><li>Ensuring a complete and centralized database of fully executed vendor contracts </li><li>Track and maintain all contracts and notify business owners of upcoming expirations* Bachelor's degree or certification as a Paralegal is required </li><li>Five or more years of experience conducting legal review of contracts </li><li>Knowledge of Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Section 1798.82 of the California Civil Code </li><li>Previous experience with legal documents, insurance requirements, and vendor management related activities within a financial organization is a plus </li></ul>
