Join us at flyExclusive and take your career to new heights!</p> <p>Summary and Objective</p> <p>The AOG Mobile Service Units Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating rapid-response maintenance support under a FAA Part 145 Repair Station certificate. This role serves as the central point of contact for flyExclusive's Part 135, external customers, mobile field technicians, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient return-to-service during AOG events.</p> <p>The Dispatcher operates in a high-tempo environment where urgency, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clear communication are critical.</p> <p>Essential functions</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</p> <p>AOG Mobile Service Units Event Coordination</p> <ul> <li> <p>Receive, log, and prioritize incoming AOG requests from customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess aircraft type, discrepancy, location, tooling requirements, and technician qualifications needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Dispatch appropriately rated and authorized mobile technicians in accordance with FAA Part 145 and company RSQCM procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate international deployments, including travel documentation and regulatory considerations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Communication & Customer Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as primary communication link between flyExclusive's Part 135, external customers, mobile technicians, Quality, and Supply Chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide real-time status updates to customers throughout the AOG lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate critical events to leadership as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain professional and calm communication during high-pressure situations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Logistics & Resource Planning</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate travel arrangements (commercial flights, rental vehicles, hotels, charter services).</p> </li><li> <p>Arrange shipment of parts, tooling, and ground support equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Track technician movements and ensure compliance with duty time and fatigue policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize technician utilization across regions and time zones.</p> </li></ul> <p>Regulatory Compliance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure dispatched personnel hold appropriate Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License, company authorizations, and training currency.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify work scope aligns with the Repair Station Manual (RSQCM) and Operations Specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of dispatch actions and event timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Support audit readiness and documentation requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Systems Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enter and update AOG cases within maintenance tracking and dispatch systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor KPIs such as response time, travel time, and return-to-service metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate reports for management review.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain detailed event logs for quality and billing purposes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support adherence to company policies, procedures, and directives.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Competency</p> <ul> <li> <p>Microsoft Office Suites</p> </li><li> <p>Corridor</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>No direct supervisory responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Work environment</p> <ul> <li>Typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions. </li></ul> <p>Physical demands</p> <ul> <li> <p>Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs minimally.</p> </li><li> <p>Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools minimally.</p> </li><li> <p>Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on a computer daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
