<p>This Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for assisting with the processing of PO and Non-PO invoices; invoice/PO discrepancy resolution, and other functions and duties as assigned.</p> <p>Detailed duties and responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process and index a minimum of 40-60 invoices daily using Onbase & PRMS </li><li>Quality check keyed invoices for errors </li><li>Resolve invoice pricing and quantity issues within expected timeline </li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external parties on a courteous and professional manner </li><li>Respond timely and accurately to all inquiries </li><li>Assist with reporting and other payment related requests </li><li>Provide necessary team coverage and ensure daily tasks are completed </li><li>Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned </li><li>Assists management in the identification and resolution of problems </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree preferred </li><li>Experience in high volume AP environment preferred </li><li>Knowledge/Skills: Possess the basic understanding of accounting systems, internal controls, process flows and general accounting. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with AS400 or an equivalent system. </li><li>Other: Must have the ability to make decisions, appear for work on time, follow directions, </li></ul> <p>interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules/procedures and to accept constructive criticism.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate ability to successfully complete projects and other tasks on hand. Strong analytical ability; flexible in balancing work related and professional commitments.
