They will recruit and provide services for students. Responsibilities include assisting with college applications, financial aid, career exploration, and offering tutoring, mentoring, and workshops. The role also includes planning and leading activities, maintaining confidential participant records, and building relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations.</p> <p>This position supervises field trips, college visits, overnight camps, and occasional travel for professional development. This position requires travel to target schools in Mason and Wayne counties. This position supports the implementation of services outlined in the HATS grant proposal to help students achieve academic and career goals.
