They serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) and lead problem management initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the highest escalation point for the service desk, owning critical incidents until resolution. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve advanced Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and hybrid identity issues. </li><li>Lead root cause analysis and problem management efforts to prevent recurring incidents. </li><li>Develop, document, and implement technical standards, procedures, and automation scripts. </li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Tier I and II Analysts. </li><li>Contribute to client-facing engagements such as roadmap discussions and advanced health checks. </li><li>Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation. </li><li>Collaborate with consulting/project teams for initiatives exceeding Managed Services scope. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. </li><li>5-7 years of enterprise IT experience with expertise in Microsoft enterprise technologies. </li><li>Deep knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services, Directory Synchronization, and Azure AD. </li><li>Advanced troubleshooting skills for enterprise applications, networking, and hybrid environments. </li><li>Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred). </li><li>Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, MS-102, or CISSP are highly desirable. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At KiZAN, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
