This engagement is critical to ensuring business continuity and operational readiness through meticulous planning and execution of cutover activities. With a strong foundation in ERP implementations and cross-functional collaboration, this consultant will drive alignment between technical and business teams, delivering a seamless go-live experience that minimizes disruption and maximizes value.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cutover Planning & Execution:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and manage the detailed cutover plan, including timelines, dependencies, and resource assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and readiness.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication Plan:</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed throughout the cutover process.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate regular status updates, escalation protocols, and post-cutover debriefs.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Readiness:</p> </li><li> <p>Assess and validate business process readiness for go-live.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with business leads to ensure contingency plans and support models are in place.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Environment Readiness:</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with IT teams to confirm infrastructure, integrations, and data migration activities are completed and validated.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all environments (development, test, production) are prepared for cutover.</p> </li><li> <p>User Access Activation:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the provisioning and validation of user access across systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure proper role-based access controls.</p> </li><li> <p>Training Activities:</p> </li><li> <p>Support training teams in scheduling and delivering end-user training sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor training completion and readiness metrics to ensure users are prepared for go-live.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading cutover activities in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) </li><li>Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and change management principles. </li><li>Excellent project management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Ability to work with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul>
