We would love to discuss it with you in more detail!</p> <p>Warranty Admin/Claims Processor Responsibilities:</p> <p>Prepare records and submit warranty and policy claims.</p> <p>Reconcile claims accordingly.</p> <p>Verify adequate payment and posting to the proper accounts.</p> <p>Prepare accounting journal entries</p> <p>Assist Warranty Manager and/or Service Manager in researching and resolving warranty policy issues.</p> <p>Communicate with the Part's team to ensure parts are retained for claims processing.</p> <p>Assist with shipping updates that eliminates unnecessary reject and/or chargeback.</p> <p>Assist all other service personnel in knowledge and training for warranties, customer satisfaction and procedures for manufacturer.</p> <p>Warranty Admin/Claims Processor Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to operate all necessary office software/programs.
