This will include pathogen collection via coordination with the clinical microbiology laboratory at Nebraska Medicine, collaboration with scientists at the Nebraska Public Health Laboratory and faculty within the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, and eventual interpretation of data and communication with Healthcare Epidemiology at Nebraska Medicine.
