<p>About the role</p> <p>As a Generative AI Architect (AI Solutions Architect), you will make an impact by helping enterprise clients transform their software development lifecycle (SDLC) through the strategic adoption of Generative and Agentic AI. You will be a valued member of our engineering and consulting teams, working closely with client stakeholders, platform partners, and delivery leaders to embed AI across design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.</p> <p>This role blends technical architecture, hands-on enablement, and strategic advisory, shaping how AI-powered developer experiences scale across complex enterprises.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders to identify business priorities, technical constraints, and high-value Generative AI use cases across the SDLC </li><li>Define and implement GenAI integration patterns using tools such as GitHub Copilot, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted design and testing </li><li>Design agentic AI architectures, including orchestration patterns that coordinate multiple AI agents across IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms </li><li>Establish Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards and context enrichment strategies to improve the accuracy, relevance, and explainability of AI-generated outputs </li><li>Architect and guide implementations using Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI), GitHub.com, GitHub Actions, and enterprise-grade GenAI services </li><li>Enable AI-powered DevSecOps practices including CI/CD automation, testing, code scanning, quality enforcement, and secure-by-design pipelines </li><li>Advise clients on aligning vendor product roadmaps (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub) with enterprise technology strategies and delivery timelines </li><li>Support adoption of AI-enabled developer experience platforms and agentic management tools at enterprise scale </li></ul> <p>Work model</p> <p>We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. We will always be transparent about role expectations.</p> <p>Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future</p> <p>What you need to have to be considered</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering, with recent hands-on focus on Generative AI </li><li>Proven experience architecting solutions using Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic (Claude) models </li><li>Deep expertise within the GitHub ecosystem, including GitHub.com, GitHub Copilot (IDE and Chat), and GitHub Actions / CI/CD </li><li>Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, including multi-agent design and orchestration across SDLC tools </li><li>Experience establishing Model Context Protocol (MCP) and context enrichment frameworks </li><li>Solid background in cloud-native architectures, containerization, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) </li><li>Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable enterprise solutions </li></ul> <p>These will help you stand out</p> <ul> <li>Experience enabling AI-driven developer productivity and platform modernization programs </li><li>Prior consulting or client-facing architecture experience in large-scale enterprise environments </li><li>Hands-on experience integrating GenAI into DevSecOps and software quality workflows </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders </li></ul> <p>We're excited to meet people who share our passion for innovation and making an impact through technology.
