Focused on supporting the high-volume Star Buds Arapahoe location, this position ensures efficient inventory operations and the continuous availability of high-quality products. Through strategic leadership, this role contributes to the smooth functioning of our retail locations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Inventory Management and Compliance (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular inventory audits in collaboration with store management. </li><li>Accurately record inventory data and reconcile discrepancies in METRC and POS systems according to MED laws and regulations. </li><li>Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the retail management team to address issues promptly. </li></ul> <p>Inventory Organization and Optimization (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Streamline inventory organization to facilitate efficient product retrieval. </li><li>Implement the First In, First Out model to prevent product expiration. </li><li>Manage expiring inventory and ensure timely sales in coordination with the Store Director. </li><li>Maintain product quality in storage. </li><li>Create labels for back-stock items and maintain in-stock items on store shelves. </li><li>Optimize back-room organization for eCommerce order fulfillment, labeling, incoming product orders, and storage room accessibility. </li></ul> <p>Receiving and Labeling (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate matching of product manifests with on-hand inventory and accept or reject manifests as necessary. </li><li>Receive products in METRC. </li><li>Import new packages into the POS system with accurate pricing and naming conventions. </li><li>Transfer products from back stock to the sales floor and adjust pricing tiers as required. </li><li>Create and print product labels in the POS system, especially for flower strains. </li></ul> <p>Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.
