Myers, FL.</p> <p>The Assistant Account Manager-Condo is to assist in the policy service workflow and help the Commercial Lines Assistants and Account Managers as s/he is learning our processes and procedures.</p> <p>How You Will Contribute:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Issue Certificates of Insurance & Evidence of Property</p> </li><li> <p>Request Loss Runs from carrier or online</p> </li><li> <p>Process and Policy Checking for all renewal policies, including mailing to insured (as needed.)</p> </li><li> <p>Follow-up on Direct Bill renewals prior to month-end</p> </li><li> <p>Request endorsements</p> </li><li> <p>Issue on-line endorsements with various carriers</p> </li><li> <p>Process endorsements received for accuracy and mail to insured.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow-up on Endorsement Requests at the direction of Account Manager</p> </li><li> <p>Request Additional Information from Insured</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with day-to-day account management - endorsements, claims</p> </li><li> <p>Build and Maintain Client Relationship, phone, email and meeting contacts</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and submit Loss Notices, Mail Claim Follow-up to Insured; follow-up on all open claims and process all claims documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete check requests payable to Insured at request of AM for return premium endorsements, audits, and overpayment of premium, and mailing to insured.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that actions protect the Agency from claims of liability for errors or omissions and that all tasks are professionally performed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>A 4-40 Agent's License required (must obtain 4-40 license within 90 days of employment) </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience to Be Successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with MS Office Suite</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional telephone demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-CJ1</p> <p>Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being</p> <p>We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance </li><li>Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services </li><li>Beyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. </li></ul> <p>Not reflective of all benefits.
