Products managed include a wide variety of active and indexed equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies, as well as money markets funds. The successful Client Service Senior Specialist will serve as a vital member of the Client Services team, serving clients and advisors directly. As a Financial Services Professional, you will help to educate and solve problems for individual investors. Through trust, experience, investment knowledge, and professional development, and exceptional service the entire team strives to provide our clients with a great advisory relationship experience.</p> <p>What you are good at</p> <ul> <li>Provide outstanding client service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism and strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Provide support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Mangers (CSMs) on a wide variety of tasks including account opening, funding, and account maintenance </li><li>Mentor, train, and delegate tasks as needed to Client Service Specialists(CSSs), fostering team growth and efficiency </li><li>Handle client inquiries at the point of contact and transfer incoming calls as needed </li><li>Collaborate various department initiatives and participate in client service working groups to improve workflows and processes </li><li>Manage and update contact databases with accurate information for both prospective and existing clients </li><li>Assist in the quarter-end reporting, and preparation of client meeting materials </li><li>Ensure the client interactions and service activities are performed in adherence with regulatory and internal compliance standards </li></ul> <p>What you have</p> <p>The candidate must have very strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, a positive attitude, self-initiator, professionalism, incredible follow-through, a great work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize with ease.</p> <ul> <li>Passion for service and finance with strong client-focus and the ability to provide a superior level of service </li><li>Aptitude for complex problem solving </li><li>Good analytical skills with a superior level of attention to detail </li><li>Collaborative and relational work style with proven success in a team environment </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially the ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and to explain complicated subjects </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred </li><li>Experience in client facing role desired </li><li>Desire for growth opportunities and ongoing training </li></ul>
