<p>Maintenance - Maintenance Technician</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of the facilities, minor mechanical repairs and re-builds. This individual is also responsible for fabrication and project work when required.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform PM and minor mechanical repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Change oil and grease machines.</p> </li><li> <p>All building maintenance and repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Develop troubleshooting skills and techniques for equipment repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for maintaining lock out tag out procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for maintaining the facilities infrastructure, both internal and external</p> </li><li> <p>Fabricate, build equipment and components for projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all other duties assigned by Management team.</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school Diploma</p> </li><li> <p>3 to 5 years Maintenance experience required.</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
