Serves as a clinical role model and resource to staff. Assures the on-going educational development of all unit employees and performs management duties as assigned by unit leadership. Participates in departmental and hospital wide performance improvement initiatives. </li><li>Serves as a clinical and management resource for decision making, problem solving, and employee performance reviews on the rehabilitation unit. Acts as liaison between staff, physicians, and management. Also performs direct patient care. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Key customers are patients, families, staff, all ancillary/support people, physicians, peers, all other departments, and staff.
