<p>Overview</p> <p>Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Vancouver, WA team. This role is key to delivering an exceptional patient experience while managing front office operations, scheduling, and financial coordination.</p> <p>Schedule (days/hours)</p> <p>Friday 8-5pm, Saturday 8-4pm</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression </li><li>Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to support office productivity </li><li>Verify dental insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage and costs </li><li>Assist with billing, claims processing, and patient payments </li><li>Present treatment plans and support case acceptance when needed </li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation </li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations </li><li>Manage incoming calls and patient communications efficiently </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Required: Prior dental office experience (front office/PCC role preferred) </li><li>Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling workflows </li><li>Orthodontic experience is a plus </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>19.00-21.00</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.</p> <p>Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!
