ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations.</p> <p>When disaster strikes - a burst pipe, a house fire, unexpected mold - families and businesses in our community need someone they can trust. ServiceMaster Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most.</p> <p>f you're currently a Senior Technician, Crew Chief, or Production Manager ready to grow your leadership impact, we want to talk.</p> <p>Package</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary of $75k-$85k per year - paid monthly </li><li>Monthly performance bonus </li><li>The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary. </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>401k Retirement: With 3% employer contribution </li><li>Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, & Vision with employer contribution </li><li>Paid Time Off: 9 paid vacation days + PTO </li><li>Company Vehicle: Plus work cell phone & laptop provided </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning </li><li>Managing technicians and crew chiefs </li><li>Scheduling crews and overseeing job production </li><li>Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations </li><li>Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines </li><li>Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners </li><li>Developing and mentoring production staff </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams. </li><li>Restoration industry experience </li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving ability </li><li>Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and crews </li><li>Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST </li></ul> <p>You may currently be:</p> <ul> <li>A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership </li><li>A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems </li><li>A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews </li></ul> <p>Ready to make a real difference?</p> <p>If you are a leader, want strong earing potential, and care about helping people in their toughest moments - we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.</p>
