<p>Meta is seeking a proactive and hands-on hardware focused Channel Operations Account Manager to support our commercial channels, responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast near-term account demand, manage account inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment schedules using data to drive decision making and optimizing for overall supply chain efficiency.</p> <p>Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations Proven track record in improving In-stock and WOS metrics through building and managing stakeholder relationships Demonstrated effective communication and assertiveness with internal and external teams at all levels Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills demonstrated through developing accurate plans that optimize trade-offs and outcomes Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry Capacity to adapt to changes and ambiguity, while ensuring business continuity Relevant analytical skills and interpersonal experience Experience using Oracle Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for order fulfillment and inventory management</p> <p>Responsibilities: Conduct Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) to determine optimal inventory levels at each stage of the product life-cycle, including safety stock levels, enhancing forecasting and inventory planning practices Collaborate with cross functional partner partners to ensure consistency of information and standard methodologies, develop measurements for success, drive system adoption and support continuous improvement efforts Gather and analyze sales data from various sources to create accurate near-term demand and order forecasts with input from key stakeholders. Analyze trends around demand and supply information available to the organization to influence category and global strategy Track key metrics related to inventory levels, lead times, and customer service to evaluate the effectiveness of CPFR strategies Cultivate mutually durable relationships with internal sales and supply chain partners to facilitate open communication and data sharing Monitoring sales trends, market conditions, and other relevant data to identify potential issues and adjust joint plans accordingly Monitor the coordination of product orders to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock-outs while balancing against corporate priorities of cost and account prioritization Provide coaching and support to order operations coordinators as needed</p>
