This position also may occasionally assist Private Client and Custody Relationship Managers. This position assists Relationship Managers and Account Managers by processing of operational and administrative needs of clients and monitoring execution of all transactions by operational support staff and vendors in a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive environment. The Client Service Associate II (SD) addresses client questions on transactions, processing, issues, or problems as requested and assists with the delivery of ultra-responsive customer service for premium trustee solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients from across the country.</p> <p>Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitors and processes account transactions to clients by working closely with Relationship Managers and Account Managers to ensure completion of administrative tasks </li><li>Prepares distribution requests per instructions from Relationship Managers and Account Managers & monitors the approval process and distribution of funds </li><li>Resolves operational issues working with the Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and third-party vendors to ensure that services are delivered accurately and timely to client </li><li>Monitors and resolves daily overdrafts and cash balances to maintain compliance </li><li>Monitors service and product delivery to clients by working closely with operational support staff to ensure completion of administrative tasks </li><li>Assists Relationship Managers and Account Managers with providing client relations by handling inbound and outbound client communications & identifies and escalates issues to Relationship Managers and Account Managers that require additional review and inquiry </li><li>Completes opening and closing documents, reviews for accuracy and completeness, and forwards to Support Services or equivalent vendor service group for processing </li><li>Monitors and updates compliance matrices, customer contact matrices, and updates appropriate tracking reports </li><li>Coordinates with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Tax Officer, outside accountants, and clients in the filing and payment process for the fiduciary and individual income taxes </li><li>Services as the contact for clients on securities and transactional issues, questions or problems related to products/services the Bank provides </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred and or a combination of experience and education </li><li>At least three years of prior trust administration experience or equivalent experience required </li><li>Prior experience with investments, taxes or the legal area is preferred </li><li>Completion of Cannon, ABA or other trust-related courses desired </li><li>Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience </li></ul> <p>Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of legal and fiduciary responsibilities, securities processing, and trust operations preferred </li><li>Proactive client service oriented </li><li>Ability to work in a smaller, close-knit, energetic office environment </li><li>Desire to learn and be curious throughout complex, complicated work </li><li>Ability to process detailed work accurately and in a timely manner </li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn Bank and Trust Systems </li></ul> <p>Hiring Salary Range</p> <p>The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions.
