As an SMP Participant, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts at OOCL, supported by a dedicated mentor throughout the program. This is a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge of the international shipping and supply chain industry while developing leadership and operational skills.</p> <p>Program Structure: The Shipping Management Program is a two-year development program designed to build a strong foundation in global trade and logistics. Participants rotate through three core business functions, including Customer Service, Operations, and Sales, gaining exposure to how OOCL operates across its network.
