<p>Project Controls Lead Analyst Job ID: 25-08924 Project Controls Lead Analyst</p> <p>Location: Florence, SC 29501</p> <p>Duration: 8 months with possible extension</p> <p>Description :</p> <ul> <li>Lead Planning/Scheduling role on a Battery Plant Construction project based in Florence, SC. </li><li>Per diem of (USD)115/day available for candidates that are currently further than 50 miles from the project site. </li><li>Work schedule planned to be 40 hrs on site and 10 hrs working remote each week for a total of 50 hrs/week. </li></ul> <p>Duties :</p> <p>Leads a Project Controls (PJC) function or a team of PJC professionals and able to positively influence internal and external clients. Achieves a high level of forecasting accuracy. Proactive in addressing and escalating issues.</p> <ul> <li>Leads project controls schedule team in all planning and scheduling efforts, including float analysis, earned value, startup planning, and constructability. </li><li>Addresses contractual requirements related to schedule, including reviewing contract language and providing feedback. </li><li>Collaborates with management team to identify issues and trends. Secures project management support. </li><li>Facilitate risk and change management discussions. </li><li>Supports department initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of Primavera P6 experience. </li><li>1 year Construction experience. </li><li>3 years of experience utilizing Earned Value. </li></ul> <p>Education :</p> <ul> <li>Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with ten years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office. </li><li>Prefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management. </li><li>Job details </li><li></li></ul>
