On our facilities team, your job will be to create a comfortable and safe environment - just like our patients have come to expect. You'll gain experience working on a wide range of projects and HVAC systems throughout our facilities, train with the newest technology and receive guidance from fellow caregivers and management.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days, 6:30am-3:30pm with rotational weekends and holiday requirements.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Regularly inspect, diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration/air conditioning systems and other equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, medical and process chillers, cooling equipment, cryogenic freezers and rooftop heating/cooling units.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic controls, solid state microprocessors and system alarms.</p> </li><li> <p>Repair refrigerant leaks and evacuate and adjust refrigerant charges.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>State of Ohio EPA approved certificate for either Type I and Type II or Universal Refrigerant Systems Service</p> </li><li> <p>Three years of experience as a commercial/residential air conditioning refrigeration technician.
