That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.</p> <p>You Role</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <p>Responsible for the scientific, technical and regulatory positioning of bioprocess automation products for the biopharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on strategy, innovation and market leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Development and implementation of mid- to long-term strategies for the portfolio and modalities/applications in scope </li><li>Active portfolio development deriving from strategy through innovations to build long-term growth, address customers pain points and increase competitiveness. </li><li>Define product/portfolio positioning based on application for new and existing products/portfolio and align with stakeholders on GTM approach. </li><li>Strategic business planning such as long-range planning and life cycle management </li><li>Own Pricing Strategy for specific portfolio responsibility and demonstrate agility to evaluate and approve pricing strategies based on guidance and recommendations from the Pricing Strategy team. </li><li>Alignment and High Degree of interaction with R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Commercial and external partners. </li><li>Combine highly strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent quantitative/financial/business management experience </li><li>5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic product management with Software/Industrial Automation companies </li><li>Experience with B2B business models for technololgy heavy products </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build and interpret business and market data </li><li>Ability to translate scientific knowledge into clear marketing messages </li><li>Ability to collaborate within a complex international network of functions and stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Field Services, Quality, Operations) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Natural Science: Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharma </li><li>Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred. </li></ul> <p>Role based in Bedford, MA and must have the ability to travel internationally (up to 30%)</p> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
