<p>CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Basis & HANA Administrator (S/4HANA) position for our client. Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 12 months Duties: Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS administration for S/4HANA on-premise systems Manage system startup/shutdown, client administration, user administration, and transport management Support SAP kernel upgrades, Support Package Stack (SPS) updates, and SAP Notes implementation Assist with SUM-based upgrades, system refreshes, and patching activities Monitor and administer SAP HANA databases, including memory, CPU, disk utilization, and system alerts Execute and monitor HANA backup and recovery processes (Backint and file-based backups) Support HANA system replication and disaster recovery (DR) readiness activities Perform routine database housekeeping tasks such as log cleanup and delta merge monitoring Configure and support HANA SLT, BW on HANA migration activities, and system integrations Monitor system health and performance across the SAP landscape, ensuring high availability and reliability Support installation, configuration, and integration of SAP HANA systems with other SAP and third-party applications Ensure compliance with GxP/CSV requirements in regulated environments (e.g., pharma) Support 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 technical compliance controls Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to maintain and enhance SAP system performance and stability Skills: Strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration for S/4HANA environments Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database administration and monitoring tools Knowledge of SAP transport management system (TMS), client strategies, and system landscapes Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools Familiarity with HANA SLT configuration, system replication, and high availability setups Understanding of SAP upgrade methodologies (SUM, SPAM, SAINT) Experience with backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning Knowledge of GxP/CSV compliance frameworks and regulated industry requirements Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration 3+ years of experience working with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments Experience supporting enterprise SAP landscapes, including integrations with BW, SLT, and third-party systems Prior experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare) is highly preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
